Outdoor furniture sets – Often all it needs is a face-lift – just restore your furniture seat cushions and enjoy your outdoor life with them for many seasons to come. Getting started, remove the old pillowcase from the seat cushions. Inspect the condition of foam – if still in good condition reuse it, and if not, replace it with new foam of the same density and thickness. Fold over outdoor canvas to two layers of fabric. Match up the parts that belong together. Snip the corners of furniture seat cushions off the seam line and the edge of the fabric to prevent bunching at the corners.

Press the seams in the new pillowcase flat and turn the covers inside out. Put the foam inside the new pillowcase. Pin the opening closed by folding the raw edges of the fabric and meeting the two sides together. Sew the opening closed with a sewing machine or by hand. Place the new outdoor furniture sets seat cushions onto furniture by giving them a good wash and allow them time to dry.
